March 9, 2020

Dear LMTAAA Clients, Partners & Community Members,

The safety and well-being of our clients, staff and communities is our number one concern.  The COVID-19 outbreak is prompting us to take extra concern and precaution.

The status of the outbreak is changing rapidly.  We are closely monitoring the situation and are following recommendations and criteria of the outbreak from the Center for Disease Control (CDC), the WA Department of Health (DOH) and our local health jurisdictions.

It is our intention and our top priority to maintain business practices and services including community events or events held at any of our offices.  However to respond appropriately, we may make decisions based on the outbreak status and what is recommended by our local health jurisdiction, the CDC and DOH at any time as directed by officials or as we see appropriate.

We will notify you of any changes in our office hours, service delivery and events.

Please help us reduce or prevent the spread of respiratory viruses/diseases and germs by referring and adhering to the COVID-19 CDC guidelines.  In addition, we request that you not enter any of our offices IF you have, or have had ANY of the following symptoms in the last 30 days:
• Shortness of breath or noticeable difference with shortness of breath
• A new or recent cough
• A fever
• If you have reason to believe you have been exposed to the novel coronavirus
PLEASE NOTE: If you need to reschedule an appointment, if you have questions about our services or are in need of information please call our toll free number 1 (888) 545-0910 to speak to one of our staff members.

Please keep yourself well informed and look to the official entities of the Center for Disease Control, the Department of Health and/or your local health jurisdictions for the most accurate and up to date information.  In addition, the Washington Department of Health has established a call center to address questions from the public, please call 1 (800) 525-0127.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.  We appreciate your support in helping keeping yourself, our staff and clients and our communities healthy and safe.

Sincerely,
Nicole Kiddoo
