There is currently an opening for a Family Caregiver Specialist in our Lewis County office. This position will close December 8, 2023.
The Family Caregiver Specialist maintains a Family Care Giver and Mac/Tsoa caseload. The position works closely with families and caregivers to determine the need and available resources. Additionally, the position provides education, outreach and training to individuals and the community.
