Home Care Referral Registry

The Home Care Referral Registry is a service provided by the Lewis-Mason-Thurston Area Agency on Aging through a contract with the Aging and Long-Term Support Administration. The Registry matches Medicaid-eligible clients who qualify for and are receiving State-funded in-home care services with pre-screened and pre-qualified in-home care workers.
