The Aging & Disability Resources Specialist provides the general public with information about community options for older adults and adults with disabilities in-person, by telephone, and online. Screens for appropriate services for clients and assists in arranging for in-home and community-based services. This position is supervised by the Access Services Supervisor. This position will assist in enrolling eligible Medicare beneficiaries in-person throughout the three-county service area in Medicare Part D, Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP), and the Low- Income Subsidy (LIS).
