We want you to know how LMTAAA and our community partners are responding and operating during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please check back periodically for updates to services and possible changes in operating procedures and/or contacts.

Even though our offices are closed to the public, we are still providing services and taking calls. Please contact us on our toll free number (888) 545-0910, to speak with one of our staff members.

Please note: we are working our hardest to continue supporting our clients during this time. You may find the following information, by county, below. We will continue to update this as more information becomes available.


  • Long Term Care Ombudsman Program: as of 06/29/2020, our volunteers are working remotely to check in on residents in long term care facilities. Check for updates, or call 360-943-6018 or 1-800-562-6028 for assistance
  • Family Education & Support Services (FESS): as of 06/29/2020, most services can be accessed remotely. Check   for updates



  • Brighter Days Adult Day Care @ Senior Services for South Sound is temporarily closed as of 3/13/2020. Some services are available remotely. Please check   for updates or call 360-407-3967, ext. 207



  • Congregate meals at Lewis County Seniors closed as of 03/16/2020.
  • Meals can be ordered from Lewis County Seniors for delivery. the information can be found on their website at for updates on how to order.


  • The HUB has limited hours as of 03/16/2020, open from 10-2 p.m., for Emergency Services only. All events cancelled. Check for updates.
  • Mason County Senior Activities Center, as of 03/13/2020, ALL operations discontinued.
  • Congregate Meals at Senior Services for South Sound (SSSS) Closed as of 03/13/2020.
