The Human Resources Manager develops and administers a full range of programs to assist LMTAAA in achieving its mission and supporting a culture of employee inclusiveness, engagement and leadership excellence. Program development and oversight include recruitment and selection, policy development and administration, employee compensation and benefits, training and development, employee and labor relations and other programs to assure the highest quality of personnel for the organization in compliance with local, state and federal law.
